April 17, 2010, 25 Lb Yellow Edge Grouper

More deep dropping fun! Seas were predicted for 2-4 ft, but it was smooth, there were a few 2 ft rollers, but not choppy at all. It was foggy to start out with and got cooler as the sun got lower, but ended up being a gorgeous and productive day on the water. Limit of grouper (w/ golden tile included) and AJ's.

April 1, 2010, No Foolin' Around!

Brent and Ricky took the boat 4/1/10 while we were on Spring Break Vacation. Kept it in a wet slip behind Peg Leg's. They had smooth waters and calm seas and were able to go out deep dropping for the first time in 600+ft of water and try out Ricky's Christmas present to himself, a new electric reel. Worked beautifully! Came back w/ a a box full of nice fish! We had fun fielding questions from tourists who were waiting to eat at Peg's.

Just Fishing 11/14/09

Ricky caught this 20plus pound tuna and 2 nice almaco jacks. Lynn caught the scamp & the mingo's. A shark tried to steal the scamp on top from Lynn's hook, but she and Ricky snatched it right out of his mouth to bring it on board..the shark was so mad...thought he was jumping on board too!
